I have been back-and-forth between T-Mobile and on the phone with Assurance at least 12 times over the last two weeks. Well my phone got stolen, and I was like whatever I will just get another one with my insurance. I have… Had a iPhone 12 promax and I haven’t pain for most for the best insurance every bill cycle in case anything ever happens. Horrible Professionalism and Organization this is why the customer service rating are high the only posted results are the positive feed back the “this survey has timed out” response really makes it clear. the astonishing example of why people have come to not trust a business representative word, the over all feeling when on the phone with a person with a accent of what they say has zero honest value their words are scripted, and as I learned there is no accountability no honesty no honor in any words that the time you spend only value is to this voice being payed by the amount of calls you can hustle and scam or placate to send out the text of “how likely you will T-moblé “ but if you don’t rate with a positive #. I have been a T-Mobile customer for more then 15 years and I have never been lied to and scammed and been privy too basic deceitful lacking in all and any professional values of moral ethics. When I called to get the tracking # I was told there had never been a ordered replacement Iwatch and again I was asked to submit another claim form which I had done now in total 6 times thru all apps Apple, T-Mobile and assured I was promised T-Mobile was sending a new Iwatch express delivery. I am shocked with the fraudulent customer service practices of T-Mobile I have my devices fully insured and after being told Apple care covered my Iwatch which was not true after I had gone to my appointment at Apple Store, then Assured said T-Mobile was responsible. My experience with her was so terrible that I’m truly thinking about looking into another provider that does deal with Assurion!! I was my phone wasn’t at time the accident happened, then I told that phone wasn’t the on file the I was told it wasn’t the right the mei # for the phone I filed a claim for wow I only have to phones on my account!!! I can go on about the experience I had all will say is Be AWARE!!!!!!!!! I C2006 she is a bad look on that company meaning she is not honest at all. (Assurion) The experience I’ve had since Februhas been the poorest I’ve ever had being I’ve been a customer for 24 years with Sprint, never was I treated the way T Mobile and the insurance company that handles their claims () First of all they are dishonest and refuse to be accountable for their actions even when it’s proven in black in white!!! A word to the wise!!! Be aware!!!! Also e a ware of the supervisor name NANCY ID#. This app does not work at all !! It’s just like the insurance company that provides this services. If you’re not eligible for technical support, that feature will be removed 14 days after registration. Register in the app with your T-Mobile phone number to enable services and verify your eligibility.
